The students will make a title page for “June”

The Dakota title page for May is called “Wazusteca Sa Wi”.

The moon when wild strawberries ripen and turn red.

This is very important to the diet and for medicinal purposes.

Long ago, elders spend most of their time outdoors.

They would observe what took place and named each month.

Students will draw a title page. It has to be colorful, write the
translation of the month. They will draw a picture of what it is
named after or if there is a special occasion on that month.

Students will be given a mark out of 10 on this title page.
